FREIGHT & DELIVERY POLICY

If an order is placed with varying delivery times for products then the later delivery time will be adhered to unless stipulated by management or the client with an additional freight cost.  It is recommended that if orders are to be receipted within the advertised delivery time then multiple orders are to be made to coincide with the delivery time frames for each product.  We will ensure that your order will be dispatched within the time frame stated, we do not accept responsibility for CourierPost, Castle Parcels, New Zealand Post or any other third party delivery.  The delivery time-frame does not include the day of ordering and is a business day measure being Monday to Friday. The delivery time-frame is measured as commencing the day after a credit card order has been placed or the day after the bank deposit has been confirmed in our account for manual bank deposits.  Some of our delivery methods require signature so it is strongly recommended for deliveries to be made to street addresses and addresses that are occupied during the day whether it be residential or business to avoid any delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

RCNZ ships all over the world. All payments must be in the form of New Zealand dollar currency. In most cases we offer International Airmail Parcel Post. Under no circumstances will we falsify invoices or shipping labels. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or custom fees. Inquiries regarding possible fees should be directed to your local authorities. Refused packages will affect your return credit. Please send payment in the form of an International Money Order in New Zealand dollars or use your credit card. Please do not request that we falsify invoices or suppress tariff codes or country-of-origin information. RCNZ has the right to either decline an international order based on insufficient freight or offer a quote of actual freight costs of which can be accepted by the customer and charged to the customer before the goods are shipped.

CURRENCY

The checkout currency is New Zealand Dollars and all prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST)

RETURNED GOODS

Goods can be returned to RCNZ for a full refund if you are dissatisfied with the product or the product did not work as per advertised.  It is important to note that returned goods will only be refunded if they are received back in the original condition they were purchased in which includes any bags, boxes and header cards and must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The return freight cost & packaging is the responsibility of the purchaser not RCNZ.

SECURITY OF YOUR LOGIN

You are responsible for keeping your login information, including your email address and password, secret and secure. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to permit any other person to use your user name or membership and not to disclose, or provide to any other person, your password, email address, date of birth or any other information in connection with your membership that may allow them to gain access to your membership.

FORUM TERMS

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree, by logging in to this forum, that you will not knowingly subvert the functionality of the forum system. This includes any action that manipulates the underlying software application or other technologies in order to interrupt the service, access information or otherwise derive results that are not part of the intended purpose of this discussion forum. We consider such actions "malicious misuse" and we reserve the right to revoke membership of the forum and take appropriate legal action if at any time we suspect any user of having such intentions.

CLASSIFIEDS TERMS

RCNZ provides a venue to introduce members who want to buy and sell items. RCNZ does not take any part in the sale of items other than by providing our Website as a venue for members. If a bid is accepted by a seller, a contract of sale will be formed between the buyer and the seller directly. We do not act as agent for either party and do not participate in any sale or transaction, including any payments, between you and other members. Transactions and all other contact between you and other members are conducted entirely at your own risk. You agree that RCNZ takes no responsibility or liability for any misconduct of any of its members including, without limitation, members that have registered under false pretenses or who attempt to defraud you. RCNZ gives no undertakings, representations, or warranties in relation to items sold or listed on the Website.  All classifieds will remain listed on the site for 30 days after which they will then be deleted, if your item has not sold you would be required to relist the item.

SCRATCH AND DENT

Scratch and Dent products are sold as either returned items, damaged items or damaged boxes.  Scratch and Dent purchases are non-refundable and are sold in good faith with no warranty or guarantee covering the product.  Any purchases made through Scratch and Dent are non-refundable.

WEBSITE CONTENT

All content on the RCNZ web site, including art work, graphics, images, screen shots, text, music, digitally downloadable files, trademarks, logos, product and character names, slogans, and the compilation of the foregoing (“Content”) is the property of RCNZ and its licensors, and is protected under international trademark, copyright and intellectual property laws. Third party content, including trademarks, trade names, characters, and trademarks and copyrights is the property of the third parties that market or license that content, and is used by RCNZ subject to licence, or subject to the fair use provisions of international trademark law. Users of the RCNZ web site are forbidden to misuse any RCNZ content or any third party content that appears on the web site.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

RCNZ makes no representations about the reliability of the features of the RCNZ web site, and disclaims all liability in the event of any service failure. You acknowledge that any reliance on such material and/or systems will be at your own risk.  RCNZ makes no representations regarding the amount of time that content on its site will be preserved.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you create an account with RCNZ you need to provide some personal information, such as your name, email address, and mailing address. RCNZ uses your email address to provide you with promotional material so you can be kept up to date with new products and website enhancements. If you choose not to receive this information you may not receive special offers that could be of value to you. RCNZ will not sell, rent or trade the personal information you provide online.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds are made at the full discretion of the RCNZ management.

DISPUTES POLICY

RCNZ is proud of the products and services we are able to provide and hold a high commitment to quality.  If you are not happy with the product you have received from us please email sales@rcnz.com quoting your order number and the nature of your concern.  We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email.

CHANGES TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RCNZ reserves the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. Information collected prior to the time any change is posted will be used according to the rules and laws that applied at the time the information was collected.
