FREIGHT & DELIVERY POLICY

If an order is placed with varying delivery times for products then the later delivery time will be adhered to unless stipulated by management or the client with an additional freight cost.  It is recommended that if orders are to be receipted within the advertised delivery time then multiple orders are to be made to coincide with the delivery time frames for each product.  We will ensure that your order will be dispatched within the time frame stated, we do not accept responsibility for CourierPost, New Zealand Post or any other third party delivery.  The delivery timeframe does not include the day of ordering and is a business day measure being Monday to Friday. The delivery timeframe is measured as commencing the day after a credit card order has been placed or the day after the bank deposit has been confirmed in our account for manual bank deposits.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

rcnz.com ships all over the world. All payments must be in the form of New Zealand dollar currency. In most cases we offer International Airmail Parcel Post. Under no circumstances will we falsify invoices or shipping labels. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or custom fees. Inquiries regarding possible fees should be directed to your local authorities. Refused packages will affect your return credit. Please send payment in the form of an International Money Order in New Zealand dollars or use your credit card. Please do not request that we falsify invoices or suppress tariff codes or country-of-origin information.

CURRENCY

The checkout currency is New Zealand Dollars and all prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST)

RETURNED GOODS

Goods can be returned to rcnz.com for a full refund if you are dissatisfied with the product or the product did not work as per advertised.  It is important to note that returned goods will only be refunded if they are received back in the completed condition they were purchased in which includes any bags, boxes and header cards.

SECURITY OF YOUR LOGIN

You are responsible for keeping your login information, including your email address and password, secret and secure. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to permit any other person to use your user name or membership and not to disclose, or provide to any other person, your password, email address, date of birth or any other information in connection with your membership that may allow them to gain access to your membership.

FORUM TERMS

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. CLASSIFIEDS TERMS

rcnz.com provides a venue to introduce members who want to buy and sell items. rcnz.com does not take any part in the sale of items other than by providing our Website as a venue for members. If a bid is accepted by a seller, a contract of sale will be formed between the buyer and the seller directly. We do not act as agent for either party and do not participate in any sale or transaction, including any payments, between you and other members. Transactions and all other contact between you and other members are conducted entirely at your own risk. You agree that rcnz.com takes no responsibility or liability for any misconduct of any of its members including, without limitation, members that have registered under false pretences or who attempt to defraud you. rcnz.com gives no undertakings, representations, or warranties in relation to items sold or listed on the Website.  All classifieds will remain listed on the site for 30 days after which they will then be deleted, if your item has not sold you would be required to relist the item.

All content on the rcnz.com web site, including art work, graphics, images, screen shots, text, music, digitally downloadable files, trademarks, logos, product and character names, slogans, and the compilation of the foregoing (“Content”) is the property of rcnz.com and its licensors and is protected under international trademark, copyright and intellectual property laws. Third party content, including trademarks, trade names, characters, and trademarks and copyrights is the property of the third parties that market or license that content, and is used by rcnz.com subject to licence, or subject to the fair use provisions of international trademark law. Users of the rcnz.com web site are forbidden to misuse any rcnz.com content or any third party content that appears on the web site.

When you create an account with rcnz.com you need to provide some personal information, such as your name, email address, and mailing address. rcnz.com uses your email address to provide you with promotional material so you can be kept up to date with new products and website enhancements. REFUND POLICY

All refunds are made at the full discretion of the rcnz.com management.

rcnz.com is proud of the products and services we are able to provide and hold a high committment to quality.  If you are not happy with the product you have received from us please email sales@rcnz.com quoting your order number and the nature of your concern.  We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email.

Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
